You will receive an email by myself where it will prompt you to simply create an account on ‘MYPTHUB’. Through this, you can input your body stats and measurements as well as upload any starting progress photos! (Not an necessity). I will be able to access this information and therefore create your personalised programs that will be assigned to you within 24 hours.
Absolutely! You will be able to view and access all of your programs via the ‘MYPTHUB’ app on your phone. You can log all of your workouts as you go and this will also notify me!
- 5-7 day custom training program, fully loaded with the essential exercises needed to maximise the fat loss process! This workout regime will be packed full of compound and isolated exercises. You will benefit from intensifying drop-sets, super-sets and many other effective training methods. There will be notes included about form and techniques to try.

I will provide a full meal plan with meals as well as your daily macros and calories in case you wanted to alternate or switch meals. At least you will know exactly what to aim for each day to reach your goals.
